Header & navigation
The header appears on most pages. When you are browsing as a guest or signed in you see Direct Market and Live shopping, plus your cart (with a count when something is in it), notifications, messages, and your profile when signed in. On small screens many of the same shortcuts sit in the bottom bar or menu.
Seller plans: vendors and artisans may see shortcuts to plans when they need an active subscription.

Email and password: the usual sign-in path; error messages appear on the form when something is wrong.
Google: if your marketplace offers “Continue with Google”, it opens a secure sign-in flow, then returns you through /auth/callback to the page you wanted.
Return link: addresses like /login?next=/cart send you back to cart after a successful login.
Password reset: after resetting from email you may see ?reset=success on login as confirmation.

Official Stores & Shop Now (seller-ready, shopper-hidden)
Some Kiakia installs also ship a Shop Now vendor catalogue (/traditional) and Official Stores (/official). Until your brand switches those lanes on for shoppers, they stay out of the main navigation so the public storefront matches what you have launched today.
Sellers may still prepare inventory in Seller Hub before the storefront toggles live. Buyers use Direct Market and Live shopping in the meanwhile.
Where to find things
Quick map of common destinations on the public site (staff-only admin tools live elsewhere).
Shop: home, Direct Market, product detail, Live video, cart.
Confirm the success message or receipt from your bank.
Use the on-screen “continue” button or refresh the dashboard.
You can open your dashboard with ?planSynced=1 once after paying if the UI still lags.
Seller page missing or access denied
Make sure you are on a vendor or artisan account.
Sign in again if the session expired.
If your plan is required and inactive, open /welcome/plans.
Staff-only tools
Central administration (staff hub, deep analytics, package maintenance) uses privileged logins. Those URLs and workflows are not part of this shopper and seller guide.
